"Change happens through movement and movement heals"  Joseph Pilates

1. Total mind and body conditioning

2. Develop core strength and improve posture

3. Improve performance in sports and prevent injuries

4. Reduce stress and tension within the body

Taking part in a regular Pilates class can have beneficial effects to the health of anyone and everyone, regardless of age, lifestyle or experience.  One of the great things about Pilates is that there are modifications to each of the exercises to allow for a range of difficulty from beginner to advanced. Many of my group classes are designed for mixed ability clients and, as classes have a maximum limit of 12 per class, you can be sure to receive individual, hands on support throughout the class.  For an even more tailored class you can book a one-to-one class designed specifically for your needs.

Rose Clayden

Body Control Pilates ® Instructor

I am a passionate Body Control Pilates Instructor dedicated to helping people move better and feel better.  I was first introduced to Pilates through my dance training and after continuing to practice the method myself throughout my career as a movement teacher and performer, I made the decision to train as a Pilates Instructor.  I know first hand what a positive impact it has had on my own body's movement potential and general well-being, and I want to share that experience with others.
