Welcome to my online booking page, please use the links below to book and pay for your place on the next term. The next term will run from February 22ndth until April 2nd. You can join at any point during the term.  If you are unsure which class would be suitable or if you have any questions at all, please get in touch by emailing roseclaydenpilates@gmail.com.  All classes are 55 minutes long unless otherwise specified.  Classes are booked by term, with catch-up options available for any missed classes.

Once you've booked your class, I will ask you to complete an online enrolment form. This enables me to tailor the class to those taking part and accommodate any injuries or health conditions.  It can be completed securely here: RoseClaydenPilatesEnrolmentForm.

If you are joining partway through a term, please get in touch by email to check spaces and to receive an amended price for the remaining classes. 

Student teachers​

As I am a supervising teacher for Body Control Pilates, we occasionally have student teachers in our class who will observe my teaching and teach a couple of exercises during the class.  These are students who are undergoing their practice hours in order to gain their Pilates qualification.  They will always be under my supervision during classes and will only ever teach a very small section of the class, so it will not impact your class experience. If you have any concerns or questions about this at all, please let me know.
