If you are new to Pilates and are not sure whether you would like to join a group class, or if you would just prefer to work on a one-to-one basis, you can book an hour long session that is individually tailored to your needs and objectives. One-to-one sessions are hugely beneficial as we will work closely together to improve movement technique and form, providing hands on feedback throughout, allowing for greater progression in the exercises and a greater knowledge of the Pilates method.
I can also offer two-to-one sessions if you would like to partner up with a friend.
Face to face sessions are held in my home studio in central Truro, or can be attended online via zoom.
